I purchased all Electrolux kitchen products when we remodeled our kitchen in Sept of 2014. The grates on my stove, are rusting! When I reach out to their CS, I am told "Too bad" the grates are not covered under the warranty and they are 3 years old! So, after spending a lot of money ( this product is NOT CHEAP) you can expect to have your grates rust! I had a much cheaper brand for 10 years, and never did the grates rust! So basically the more money you spend the cheaper the product is made! Well, let me tell you, never again! This is a horrible product and the customer service is awful! . I am trying to get a hold of the corporate office but of course that is almost impossible.
Vincent, douglaston ny I bought an Electrolux washer n dryer at $1000 each I am a retired senior the first dryer lasted two months n was replaced the second dryer went down 7 months later n it's been down for a month a part was ordered n after 3 weeks I was told it was not ordered yet their expensive products are no good n service is a disgrace had washer n dryers last25 years with a family of four n never broke down
I bought a brand new Electrolux Titanium 4.4 cuft washer and it stopped working within one year and I have a full coverage warranty. including labor. They sent out three technicians from three different companies and none of them was able to fix it since it needs to completely take apart and cost too much of a labor. I have a broken washer sitting in my house for two month and nobody is able to fix it or replace it. I'm frustrated with their Customer Service. They keep trnasfering calls from one dept to another and nobody is willing to fix my washer that I spent $1100. Never buying Electrolux products ever again!!!!!!!!!
I have been trying to get my freezer repaired for nearly a month. The technician came out and ordered the parts.When he returned, he realized the part did not repair the issue and ordered another part. When that part arrived, he said it as not the correct part and ordered the part again. The box arrived and he said the part was bent and the box had been opened. He said he did not believed that the part we were trying to get was longer produced. When we called customer service and told them what he said, the lady said she could find the part. The freezer cost approximately $350.00 when i bought it in 2002. The parts they have ordered for the repair cost a total of $633.00. Why would anyone put $633 in parts into a $350 freezer is beyond me. When I asked customer service about getting a new freezer or ask to speak to a supervisor, they stall me and leave me on hold. The technician told me to call and say the word "escalate" to the operator and they still will not let me speak to a supervisor. This is unacceptable!
A guy from aerus/ Electrolux talked me into getting my carpets shampooed one afternoon and when he showed up he showed up with a Electrolux upright vacuum and an Electrolux air cleaner both products worth well over $500 together he's shampooed half of my rug took $750 for the Electrolux products that he said he was giving me a great deal because they were just sitting in his car and promised to come back in 2 weeks to finish shampooing my rugs two weeks passed and the man never came back I tried calling aerus and couldn't get any satisfaction and as I kept trying to get some satisfaction the fine folks at aerus started getting belligerent with me and I'm just posting this because this is the kind of crap you have to deal with sometimes so now I have to Electrolux products which I didn't want but and only half of my rugs are shampooed. aerus refuses to help me out by shampooing the other half of my rugs. they pretty much told me to get lost angrily.
