My husband just went into a Cricket Wireless Store in Indianola, Mississippi. He took his own 6S Iphone into the store to have the service turn on. He was charged $35 for activation and $60 for his plan. A total of $95 is what he gave the salesperson. After paying, he was told his phone was locked and could not be turned on. He was told to go back to Cspire to have them unlock the phone. This is not what was initially shared. But to make a long story short, they refused to refund him his $95 . After asking why, the store manager and general manager said it was policy. Cspire immediately turned the phone on for him, but Cricket refuses to give him money back. Tiera Williams is the General Manager, Amanda Young is the store manager and Marcus Byrd is the salesperson. I did call the corporate offie and spoke with a Caleb, supervisor ID number is 30235371.
Read my post above. Same theory. If we could get an attorney interested, seems like Cricket is ripe for a class-action lawsuit.

Paying to change your number is normal, just saying. I don't agree with them being rude to you about it, but paying to change a number is normal.
My daughter got a new phone and her and her dad tried to get it working. They chatted with someone. And 2 days later our phones were off. So he called and tried to get our service restored, they wanted him to pay 30.00 plus the monthly fee. We have 5 lines. We have a daughter in PA. Now she has no phone. They might as well called him a liar. They even pulled the chat log up abd saw we never asked anyone to cancel our service. It's under my husband's name. I hope you can help us out. (hidden)

. After many phone calls. I am having a very difficult time returning a phone that was ordered, because I was told the first order did not go through. I have made many phone calls. I do not have a printer . They promised me they would mail me a label. Last call 1-18-18. Still no label. I feel I am getting the run around. Now I am stuck with a phone I can't sell, because it is not unlocked from Cricket.
I also have a complaint about an online order which didn't go through on yr end *error message read wrong address for debit card 3 times I enter what I first of all entered because it was the correct information. All three times cricket took the money from my debit card. I called customer service said it takes 5 to 7 business days for them to send the 3 payments back. This left a balance on my card of 8$. I don't get paid for 2 weeks. !!!!!!! I want to speak to someone in corporate Your supervisor in customer service would not provide me any assistance in obtaining the letter my card holder requested so they may release my funds back to me ASAP. Nor any contact information concerning someone higher up than him. I hope your company is far more professional than my experience trying to switch over to your company

I have had an ongoing comaint about a phone assessor put on my phone. A manager put a glass protector on and the next day...it fell off while making a call. I took the phone back and the me was not there but a young lady helped me. She said it looked like animal fur and I asked how it could get under the protector. She cleaned the glass and put protector back on. Same thing...fell off again several times. This last time I went in and bought a new protector, she disrespected her mgr and said she knew more than her. I felt a replacement at no charge was in order. The first one could have been defected.
They suck when it comes to replace an insured, damaged phone!!!!
